26.08.2022 representatives of the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Neftehimproekt" took part in the Round table "BIM management and technology marketing in international BIM projects", which considered the application of BIM technologies in the design and construction of capital construction projects from the point of view of the head, including international experience. The organizer was the private enterprise "Glavtelecom".
The event was attended by Alexey Ananich, Deputy Minister of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus, heads and specialists of leading design and construction companies of the Republic of Belarus, customers and developers, examination bodies, as well as operating organizations.
Andrey Protko, director of the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Neftehimproekt", shared the experience of designing using BIM technologies in the organization and voiced the main problems of implementing this technology in construction and operation.
After the presentations, the participants exchanged views and discussed issues that occur in the practice of introducing new technologies: integration of software tools and formats; import substitution; modern digital solutions in design; application of cloud technologies in construction; adjustment of interaction between participants and the development of common approaches to working together on an information digital model.
The participants of Round Table were able to get a general idea of the level of application of BIM technologies in the construction complex of the Republic of Belarus and its extension to construction and operating organizations, as well as to summarize ideas and opinions on problematic issues that arise before the head in the practice of introducing digital technologies in the dynamics of the interaction process of all participants in the life cycle of the object.
