On October 07, 2022, representatives of the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Neftehimproekt" took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Current problems and trends in the development of science, education and production in the conditions of digitalization", which was held jointly with the visiting meeting of the Qualifications Development Council on the basis of the branch of the educational institution "Republican Institute of Vocational Education" "Resource Center EcoTechnoPark-Volma.
The expanded meeting of the Qualifications Development Council was held within the framework of measures to implement the Strategy for Improving the National Qualifications System approved by Resolution No.764 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated October 24, 2018. The Visiting session was attended by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus Irina Kostevich, the Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus Andrey Ivanets, as well as representatives of Ministries and departments, leading technical universities of the Republic of Belarus, educational institutions, as well as leading specialists of partner enterprises of educational institution "RIPO".
The BIM manager of the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Neftehimproekt" Elena Dovgal made a report "New competencies for the introduction of BIM technologies in the design and operation of facilities", in which she spoke about the benefits for customers from the introduction and use of BIM technologies at any stage of the life cycle of the facility, considered in more detail all the opportunities that modern technologies and digitalization tools. The report was supplemented by Alexey Kislukhin, a representative of LLC "BRIO MRS", who offers a new unique mixed reality technology that allows technical and author supervision at construction sites.
The Council for the Development of Qualifications considered approaches to the formation of an independent assessment and certification of qualifications in the Republic of Belarus, discussed issues of training in the context of digitalization, shared their experience with enterprises of various industries.
The discussion of topical issues of the development of science, education and production in the context of digitalization is of great importance precisely in the format of intersectoral interaction, when representatives of various ministries and departments, educational institutions and enterprises take part in the discussion. This makes it possible to establish such a powerful tool for coordinating demand from the labor market and supply from the education system as the National Qualifications System. The state enterprise "Belorusneft-Neftehimproekt" also does not stand aside and is ready to share its experience and show by example which specialists of competencies are required by a modern project enterprise.
