The automated process control system of the oil products pumping station in the Bernady-Priluki settlement, Brest district, Republic of Belarus, which belong to the RUE "Belorusneft-Brestoblnefteprodukt" is designed for automated collection, processing and display of information about the technological process, organization of object management in stationary and dynamic modes.
The automatic control system of the pumping station allows:
- to ensure control and management of the main and auxiliary technological processes, taking into account the requirements of safety, reliability and quality;
- to provide the service personnel with timely, reliable, necessary and sufficient information about the progress of technological processes, the conditions of both the main and auxiliary equipment, and the system as a whole;
- to provide the service personnel with the necessary information for analysis, optimization, work planning, maintenance of operational, technical and reporting documentation.
The automated process control system covers the entire technological complex of the pumping station and ensures operation according to the specified algorithms by means of industrial programmable logic controllers and industrial sensors.
The pumping station technologically has a modular structure and consists of standard technological objects, their completeness is individual for each specific object and is determined by its purpose and functions
The automated control system of the pumping station has the following main features:
- accounting of the amount of oil products received is carried out on the basis of data received from the measuring system of the tank farm;
- commercial accounting (based on mass flow meters) of released petroleum products in tank cars;
- commercial accounting (based on mass flow meters) of released petroleum products through the main pipeline.
