On September 14-17, 2021, the 28th International Specialized Construction Exhibition "Budpragres-2021" is being held with the support of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus and the Union of Builders.
The theme of the exhibition includes sections "Production of building materials", "Construction site", "House of superior comfort", "Decor&Interior", "Doors and fittings", as well as "Design and modeling" (BIM technologies, design organizations, architectural solutions).
Specialists of the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Neftehimproekt" took part in a conference on the topics "Digital transformation in construction" and "BIM technologies, digital twins, digital production..." on September 16, at the forum "Innovations in Construction 2021" within the framework of the exhibition "Budpragres-2021".
The conference participants were presented with reports from representatives of the Republican Scientific and Technical Center for Pricing in Construction, the Research Institute of Labor of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, the Department of Control and Supervision of Construction in Minsk, Autodesk, CHTUP "Glavtelecom", IOOO "ASKON-BEL" and other organizations.
In the professional environment of specialists actively studying BIM issues and participating in the digitalization of construction processes, issues of legislation, standards, software, key steps for the implementation of BIM, difficulties and successful solutions were discussed.
The theory of BIM implementation at enterprises of the Republic of Belarus has been confirmed by the practice of working in BIM technology at the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Neftehimproekt".
At the invitation of the of the Republican Scientific and Technical Center for Pricing in Construction, Elena Dovgal, BIM manager of the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Neftehimproekt", made a presentation "From concept to implementation" for a visual demonstration of the ABC-RNTC software package. Complex information model as the basis of the construction process", in which she spoke about the experience of designing using information modeling technologies and shared the conclusions that can be drawn based on this experience. Despite the complexity of the process, the company has reached a fairly high level in this direction and is moving further towards professional development, automation of modeling processes, study and application of new programs and plug-ins that allow you to create all sections of design in a single information field.
Cooperation of the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Neftehimproekt" with software developers, educational institutions, as well as with organizations interested in the development of BIM technologies in the construction industry of the Republic of Belarus plays an important role in the development of the BIM direction.
