On May 20, 2022, the XIII conference of young workers of the Belorusneft production association was held in Rechitsa city, in which a young employee of the geodetic survey department of the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Neftehimproekt", Valeriya Narushevich, took part.
The work of the conference consisted of sections:
- Geology, geophysics and development of oil and gas fields;
- Oilfield equipment and oil service;
- Oil products supply;
- Transport and logistics;
- Alternative energy and construction;
- Agriculture.
In the section "Alternative еnergy and construction", which was attended by 11 speakers, Valeria Narushevich made a report "Application of laser scanning technology in design and construction", which provided an overview and recommendations on the practical application of modern laser scanning technologies in engineering and geodetic support for the design, construction and monitoring of geometric parameters of various objects.
The report describes the experience and some results of practical application of the laser scanner, describes its high efficiency in solving various tasks.
The presented work was carried out at a high scientific and technical level, using real experience in the practical application of the laser system. As practical experience accumulates, the technical and economic efficiency of laser scanning technologies will only increase.
Of particular value of report is the fact that the speaker took personal part in field and desk work in all the objects that were offered to the attention of the audience.
The participation of the company's specialists in such events makes it possible to reveal the intellectual potential of young employees, identify talented young people in the field of scientific and technical solutions, find non-standard innovative solutions aimed at optimizing and improving the production process, and also contributes to the professional development of young employees of all enterprises that are part of the Belorusneft production association.
