A new media project "Energy of Growth" was launched at Belorusneft in early 2022. In each issue there are interviews with employees of the company who know how to set goals, achieve success and charge their colleagues with their energy.
Elena Dovgal, project Manager, BIM Manager of the enterprise, took part in issue #8. In an interview, she spoke about the projects, professionals, motivation and innovative solutions that take place in the state enterprise Belorusneft-Neftehimproekt.
