The administrative building is 9 storeys high, the architecture of the building harmoniously fits into the existing development at the intersection of Prytytsky Street and Leshchinsky Street, serves as a smoothing link in the transition from the industrial architecture of manufacturing enterprises along Prytytsky Street to residential areas of the Kuntsevshchina microdistrict.
The facades of the building are made in the style of architecture of modern public buildings with the use of large glazed facades and modern finishing materials.
One of the attractive elements of the building is an internal six-storey open space (atrium) facing Prytytsky Avenue and Leshchinsky Street.
In the atrium there are two panoramic elevators and an open flight of stairs to the sixth floor.
On the ground floor of the building there are reception rooms, technical rooms and a garage for official cars.
From the second floor of the building, a transition is provided for access to the conference hall, organically connecting 2 different volumes of the building.
The conference hall for 150 seats is a two-storey volume with an additional separate entrance from Leshchinsky Street.
An open parking lot for employees' vehicles adjoins the complex of the administrative building from Dombrovskaya Street.
One of the few charging stations for electric vehicles in Minsk is located in the parking lot.
